Looks good to me, tests passed on our baklava dry run when I port forwarded to a single node.
The tip must be at least native 1 wei for the tx to be included. No matter what the exchange rate for a fee currency is, if the fee currency tip is zero, we can't reach 1 wei if the fee currency tip is zero. So increase the tip to at least one.

I know that @piersy prefers squashes so that we have the PR number in the commit, but I still think doing a merge-by-rebase would be nicer for PRs like this where the commits would be squashed with different commits in the next history rewrite before upstream-rebase. So I would vote for having both options enabled in this repo. |

To exercise the fee currency support and test JS lib compatibility. Closes celo-org/optimism#61 e2e(runner): Allows tests to be run on Alfajores. The geth-devmode predeployed "oracle3" is reused throughout the e2e tests for all dynamically deployed fee-currencies. However the tested fee-currencies are never removed from the FeeCurrencyDirectory. This causes the node to try to query exchange-rates for the leftover fee-currencies. This fails, because the oracle associated with the old fee-currency has a different token address assigned and thus causes a revert. This issue is not critical and only causes emission of a log message and some unneccessary evm calls, but it is better practice to clean up the fee-currency from the directory anyways. The geth-devmode predeployed "oracle3" is reused throughout the e2e tests for all dynamically deployed fee-currencies. However the tested fee-currencies are never removed from the FeeCurrencyDirectory. This causes the node to try to query exchange-rates for the leftover fee-currencies. This fails, because the oracle associated with the old fee-currency has a different token address assigned and thus causes a revert. This issue is not critical and only causes emission of a log message and some unneccessary evm calls, but it is better practice to clean up the fee-currency from the directory anyways.
