User Story
Finastra is expecting an ecert file every day, including 0 record files.

Acceptance Criteria

  • On ecert creation (PT and FT) we need to generate a 0 record file when there are no records eligible to send on the file.
  • 0 record file should generate header and trailer record.

Technical

  • Create at least one E2E to FT and PT.
