Student: PT Personal information tab question shuffle

Reorder PT application questions to align with required changes to the FT application to resolve group status issue.

• Make these changes for the 25-26 program year application form
• Reorder application questions on the Personal Information tab to align with below AC's.
• Update titles of question categories to match AC's below.
• Marital status and dependant question are located on the Family Information tab, and will be removed from that page and placed on this page in the order noted below.
• The "Family Information" tab should be hidden if dependant question = no
• The "Family Information" tab should populate if dependant question = Yes
• If Dependant question = true, the follow up questions will continue to populate on the family information tab. 3827

Personal information

• What is your citizenship status?
• What is your marital status?
• Do you identify as an Indigenous person; that is, First Nations, Métis or Inuit?
• Are you, or were you ever considered a child or youth under government care?

Dependant information

• Do you have any eligible dependants?

Disability information

• Are you a student with a permanent disability, or a persistent or prolonged disability, and applying for disability grants?

Residency information

• Are you a resident of B.C.?

Share information with trusted contact

• Do you want to authorize a trusted contact to access information about this application on your behalf?

Additional Context

• Currently, when an applicant answers YES to "Do you have any eligible dependants?" question, the Add dependants and sole custody question populate on the family information. For this ticket, the dependant question needs to be moved to the Personal information page but the logic will remain the same. If a "Yes" response to the dependant question, the "Family Information" tab will then populate, and the two follow up questions will be shown on that tab.
