As a Ministry User I want to see all pending Basic BCeID account requests that require ministry approval.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Revise: "Requests accounts" to "Pending account requests"
  • Revise: Make a determination....." to "Basic BCeID account requests that require ministry review."
  • Expand search results:
  • Revise "Name" to "Given names"
  • Add: "Last name"
  • Add: "Date of birth"
  • Organize order to align with mock up.
