As an Public institutions user I want to view the Student's assessment tab and the NOAs for applications with my institution So That I can help the student understand their awards, assessments and disbursements.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Enable authorization paths for the Assessments tab view and the NOAs for Public institution user
  • Mask MSFAA number within the NOA. TO BE CONFIRMED
    Jason confirmed -> to mask the MSFAA number
  • Show view request for Student exceptions, Student appeal
  • Do not show view request for Scholastic standing change.
  • offering changes is not shown in the request table as in the student view
  • Hide the staff section in the request forms.
  • Build E2E test.
