Assign a unique PR number to export-header follow-up

docs/ROADMAP.md now has two different open items labeled PR #617 (export currency header and notifications center). Because GitHub PR numbers are unique identifiers, reusing #617 for separate tracks makes roadmap updates ambiguous and can cause the wrong item to be marked complete in later edits/automation. Please give the new follow-up a distinct PR number (or temporary placeholder) and update cross-references accordingly.
