Feature - Local network deploy - Add alias option

Hello, I would like to propose a feature:
When deploying to the local network, ask the user for an blockchain alias.

At the end, we could have cleaner rpc urls.

RPC URL: http://127.0.0.1:9656/ext/bc/*myalias*
instead of
RPC URL: http://127.0.0.1:9656/ext/bc/2UDzqxLvBtofcdFcdiPZoBmNRWwVEzrkKUFqQn9fNqHiaFbrBM/rpc
