fix(resolver): match pnpm peer suffixes for aliased and out-of-range optional peers - #1849
Two peer-suffix keys that aube wrote differently from pnpm, so an unrelated aube add rewrote lockfile lines pnpm would leave alone (reported in discussion 1823). Both are fixed here; installs were never broken, this removes lockfile churn.
A peer suffix now names the provider's registry package (alias_of) instead of the alias it is installed under.
An optional peer that is actually provided (by an ancestor, the package's own deps, or the workspace root) is bound even when its version is outside the declared range, like a required peer. The graph-wide scan for optional peers is still range-gated and still off without dedupe-peer-dependents, so unprovided optional peers stay bare.
Out of scope: the other rules from the discussion's follow-up comment (peer cycle suffix shape, optional peer with multiple versions). Those are larger changes to peer_context.rs and will be separate PRs.
Validation: two new unit tests in peer_context.rs for the examples above; cargo test -p aube-resolver (all pass), cargo test -p aube --test e2e, cargo fmt --check, and cargo clippy -p aube-resolver --all-targets -- -D warnings are clean. I did not run the bats suite, and did not run the pnpm comparison repro from the discussion end to end.
Based on the fix in mwolson's fork PR (mwolson#5), narrowed to these two rules.

Improved peer dependency matching for aliased, directory, link, and portal packages.
Optional peer dependencies can now bind to available providers in ancestors, package dependencies, or the workspace root, even when the provider’s version falls outside the declared range.
Peer suffixes for aliased dependencies now use the package’s registry name.

Walkthrough
The resolver now uses provider package metadata when constructing peer suffixes. Optional peers can bind to available providers outside their declared version range under specified lookup paths.

Summary
Provider identity and optional-peer binding crates/aube-resolver/src/peer_context.rs
Provider suffixes use registry names, including for aliases. Directory, link, and portal providers use the package manifest version while graph references retain the target tail. Optional peers can fall back to out-of-range ancestor, package-dependency, and root providers. Graph-wide lookup remains range-filtered and conditional on dedupe_peer_dependents. Tests cover out-of-range binding and alias suffix naming.
aubepkg/aube#1805: Both PRs change peer-context keys and their suffix propagation.
aubepkg/aube#1812: This PR preserves alias identity that this change uses when constructing peer suffixes.
Merge Risk: Low · up to 999ad
Aliased peers can still cause unnecessary lockfile changes in a parent that supplies them. The change is mergeable with this bounded issue acknowledged, though fixing it would better meet the PR’s goal.

Explanation
The title names the fix (matching pnpm peer suffixes) and the two cases it covers (aliased dependencies and out-of-range optional peers). The raw summary and objectives both describe these two changes as the main work of the PR, so the title matches the changeset. It is a single, specific sentence with no file lists or vague terms.
