Description

  • charter for AsyncAPI in LF
  • we published a blog post that explains what was our intention here. It helps to digest this official language from the charter.
  • work of @fmvilas and @derberg with support of LF
  • due to markdown limitations, number ordered lists are everywhere. This required a small change in section 6.2, to refer to 6.3 and not 6.c.

**We will leave the PR open for 2 weeks to get input from the community on what could be improved with the charter. **

Kudos for this amazing work guys. Really cool key concepts we have, like not enabling sponsor companies to takeover TSC comittees and such things.
