Yeah, that's expected to error (it's related to the LZMA compat issue, not LZMA compression being deprecated.)

Can we rename the test? It's currently called warn_on_lzma_wheel and it takes a bit as it does retry and backoff, we can turn those off with env vars.

Sorry I missed the it/network changes, I think that filtering should be consolidated. Either by expanding our existing in [TIME] filter or by adding a dedicated with_... option for this case.
We previously errored due to not having long enough backoff, and there were questions about how long the retries are, so let's log this on failure.
