Summary
Salsa now supports inline definitions for the cycle recovery and initial functions.
This PR makes use of that new feature for "simple" initial and recovery functions.
Knowing the initial and recovery function is important to fully understand a salsa query
and I find that having to jump to the initial or recovery function makes it harder to build that understanding.
