See the licenses of all libraries that can be built by FFmpegKit build scripts and packaged in FFmpegKit bundles below.

Note that the build options provided during the compilation decide which libraries are packaged in an FFmpegKit bundle. Packages page lists the libraries that are included in FFmpegKit packages published by FFmpegKit releases.

FFmpegKit

FFmpegKit library and build scripts are licensed under the LGPL v3.0.

FFmpeg

FFmpeg libraries created by FFmpegKit are licensed under the LGPL v3.0 by default. However, if the --enable-gpl flag is used during the compilation, then GPL licensed parts of FFmpeg are enabled. Thus FFmpeg becomes subject to GPL v3.0.

FFmpeg is a trademark of Fabrice Bellard, originator of the FFmpeg project.

Android LTS Support

LTS bundles of Android platform use the source code of posix_memalign, log2 and log2f functions from AOSP. Source code of those functions is provided under the BSD-2-Clause License with the following copyright notice.
