In order to update an application, the requester requires access to the application's project. This permission is used to get the project while the server is validating the submitted application. This prevents project roles from having the permission need to update applications because they only have policies with the
applicationsubject. This PR automatically grants every project role access to it's project to allow the project to update an application.
