### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to upgrade AWS SDK v2 to 2.25.53. ### Why are the changes needed? Like HADOOP-19195 (Apache Hadoop 3.4.2+), Apache Spark 4.0.0 had better use the latest one. - apache/hadoop#6900 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested? Pass the CIs. ### Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling? No. Closes #49533 from dongjoon-hyun/SPARK-50859.
