Doh! Looks like I overlooked this in #2315. Once we make this change, we should loop back and add a checklist to https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SPARK/Preparing+Spark+Releases that explains which versions / settings / excludes should be modified when creating a release branch.

This seems fine to me, so feel free to commit when / if Jenkins finishes.
