Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Removes support for jdbcURL prefix of jdbc:tc:shardingsphere0clickhouse:. Due to the ongoing disputes at [Enhancement]: org.testcontainers.containers.ClickHouseProvider should use clickhouse/clickhouse-server as Docker Image testcontainers/testcontainers-java#8736 and Uses clickhouse/clickhouse-server as Docker Image in ClickHouseProvider testcontainers/testcontainers-java#8738, it is not reasonable to continue to open holes on the side of shardingsphere.
• Modify Maven Profile jdk11-22 to jdk11+. This is a missed fix for Avoid using -proc:full when compiling ShardingSphere with OpenJDK23 #33681.
• Add more GraalVM Reachability Metadata for com.clickhouse:clickhouse-jdbc:0.6.3.
• Updates Row Value expression documentation. Previously the definition of SPI files was missing.
• Updates sharding algorithm documentation. Gy-MM is not a valid Japanese calendar format. I personally have little experience with the Japanese calendar and implementing support for it is very difficult.
• Adds documentation for org.apache.shardingsphere:shardingsphere-infra-database-testcontainers optional module.
• Bump Testcontainers Java to 1.20.3.
