Add documentation about the infra-expr-espresso module

• Add documentation about the infra-expr-espresso module.
• This PR is detached from Update the infra-expr-espresso module related GraalVM CE version to 23.1.1 #28609. Related to Javac-related exceptions are thrown when building Native Images with GraalVM 23.1.1 For JDK 21.0.1 oracle/graal#7500 .
• Update the URL of the GraalVM documentation. Ref. External link is broken in Native Build Tips documentation page quarkusio/quarkus#34929 .
• Rename InlineExpressionParserFactory#removeTypeNameInExpr to InlineExpressionParserFactory#getExprWithoutTypeName.
