What changes were proposed in this pull request?

HDDS-13012. [Snapshot] Add audit logs for getSnapshotInfo, snapshotDiff and cancelSnapshotDiff.

Please describe your PR in detail:

  • The three request handlers: listSnapshotDiffJobs, snapshotDiff and cancelSnapshotDiff do not record audit logs.
  • Other OM request handlers also update metrics counter. I am leaving that HDDS-13013
