What changes were proposed in this pull request?
In case of EC reconstruction of containers when orphan blocks are present in some of the replicas. The reconstruction could fail as orphan blocks may be present in some of the replicas & absent in some of the replicas due to which reconstruction for this particular block would fail & the whole reconstruction of container could fail and this reconstruction would continuously keep on failing.

Integration test added to reproduce the issue and confirm the fix.
