Spark 3.3: Align formatting in bucket and truncate functions

This PR aligns formatting in TruncateFunction and BucketFunction in Spark 3.3.

@kbendick @rdblue, I was late to review #5513 (great work, btw). I found two minor inconsistencies in formatting compared to the existing truncate function. Could you take a look?

I definitely prefer these. I can backport these if you'd like. This is nice for getting around some of the odd formatting that spotless can apply.
