- It looks like this was required to get CI passing per the failure here
- These lines were added with non-inline streamer testing fixture/example #7685
- And the PR to enforce inlined variables came after above with Add clippy rule to deny uninlined-format-args #7826
Change itself looks fine but it is surprising to me the linter didn't previously complain about this
