This pull request merges the doiuse2 repository into the original doiuse repository.
@clshortfuse has made several good updates to the repository that can be merged in here. There's a summary of the updates available here.
I'm actually not 100% sure if anybody is even around to merge this PR, but if they are I think the changes here are beneficial, and merging this will help to consolidate development effort and make this package better moving forward.
