This is a continuation of the
TestNodeHybridTopologyrare failure debugging on CI. It is started #6407 and it showed Node0 does not receive any connections.This PR abstracts a way
setupFullNodesExsetups logging and forces Node0 to log in to testing log so that it is preserved after the failure.Test Plan
This is a test fix.
