A hardcoded Jules PR count won't be accepted on /okr/. 17/147 is already stale; today's #879-method recount is 3/190. The figure must be computed from GitHub data at build time or the line comes out. There's no build-time GitHub PR pipeline for /okr/ today (the page is static and the releases fetch runs on the live server only), so this isn't a small rework. Closing unmerged; tracked as a product item instead.
