1. Twin-mouth: page intro still says “I work on internal AI coding copilots…”. This PR only changes ## Approach to “I guide…”, so visitors see two verbs for the same role.
2. Soft elevation: “guide” reads more consultant than the locked PM DevEx “work on” / TL;DR. No invented metrics (good), but the verb swap is not brand-safer than live.
3. Thin case unchanged: Problem / Outcome stay template stubs. One Approach sentence does not thicken the case for a hiring manager.
4.
