@jules Please fix before merge. Direction is good (cut the repetitive Problem fragment) — do not invent metrics, keep hire path LinkedIn-only, stay on published facts.

     Or one correct sentence using “have been working … since February 2025.” Do not ship “work … since.”

Replace Outcome with one short, non-repetitive sentence grounded only in published facts (role + what you ship for engineering teams).
