• Hardened SSE chat stream parser against non-string response attributes, unexpected payload whitespace, and comment lines like : heartbeat.

Closing unmerged. Converted to draft first to disarm auto-merge/Mergify, then closed. No freeze of this PR, no dual PASS, so it was never merge-eligible.

Same Jules Engine overnight class as #638/#653/#674/#664/#714: micro-opt + tests + env.d.ts stubs + .jules/engine.md in one branch. MERGEABLE unreviewed farm. Do not merge. Do not reopen as Jules.

The claimed SSE kernel is already on live 6e43d52 (shipped as #722, kernel of closed #714): per-line trailing CR strip after split('\n'), blank-line skip, caller .trim() on single-line and joined payloads, padded [DONE] matches DONE_MARKER. consumeLine in this PR is byte-identical to live. The only production edit is a 3-line re-trim inside extractResponseFromPayload; both live call sites already trim before calling it, so this is a no-op. Non-string response is already dropped by typeof parsed.response === 'string'. SSE comments like : heartbeat already fall through (only data: lines are collected). The two new tests cover shipped behavior, not a new boundary.

Also farm: .jules/engine.md dated 2025-05-21 (backdated; branch pushed 2026-08-27), src/env.d.ts Node process/Buffer/node:fs stubs, and content.config.test.ts isSchemaWithSafeParse type-guards. Same rejected class as #664/#674/#721. Owner close-duplicates list already names Jules type-guards.
