Closed unmerged. Same class as #623/#638/#643: 11-file typecheck farm (ZodIssue, env.d.ts stubs, Chat/Footer appendChild, astro.config) + .jules/engine.md. Touches Footer after #646. No What’s New restack. Do not merge. Do not reopen as Jules. Kernel later weekday: Elias, if ZodIssue/typecheck coverage is still thin, Dan tests-only clean cut, no journal, no env.d.ts stubs. Hardened repository-wide TypeScript diagnostics and Zod issue logging. Replaced deprecated z.ZodIssue types with z.ZodError['issues'] in github-releases.ts, added ambient type declarations for Node modules in env.d.ts to bring astro check down to 0 errors across all 80 files, standardized DOM method calls in Chat.astro and Footer.astro, and expanded Vitest test coverage for chat-logic utilities.
