@jules Owner review: closing unmerged (HARD ABORT, tip 2cdc55e).

This is another restack of the Vantage RSS/Sitemap unit-test farm already closed as #1560, #1543, #1530, #1516, #1492, #1479, #1455, #1443, #1395, #1381 and #1364. It adds no visitor value to the personal site: a test file, two mock exports, and a backdated .Jules/vantage.md journal entry (2026-05-25).

Please do not reopen, restack, or regenerate this task. Stop opening RSS/Sitemap test PRs. If endpoint tests are ever wanted, they will be specified in a scored issue first.
