🔍 Vantage: Route Endpoint Testing for RSS and Sitemap - #1381

Exports getCollection and getEntry from src/__tests__/mocks/astro-content.ts to enable direct unit testing for Astro GET route endpoints rss.xml.ts and sitemap.xml.ts in Vitest. Adds src/__tests__/rss-sitemap-api.test.ts to verify XML content-type headers, XML character escaping, date sorting, static/dynamic route mapping, and content filters.
