Refactor: update tutorials

This issue captures the aim of being able to run all the docs tutorials with code that is in experimental for v1.0.

We could split the tutorials into the following sections.

MODELLING and PREDICTION

• Quickstart
  • show off compare loop
  • demo some customisation options
  • plot results
• Dimensionality reduction
  DOWNSTREAM TASKS
• Sensitivity analysis
  • show both morris and sobol
• Calibration
  • History matching
  • MCMC calibration
    • can combine this with SA and HM

SIMULATOR IN THE LOOP

• Adding a simulator
• Active learning
• HistoryMatchingWorkflow

I wonder if the first section should also touch on:

• model configuration (e.g., select from ALL_EMULATORS, ALL_PYTORCH_EMULATORS, a list of specific ones)
• uncertainty quantification (not all models support this)

I am not sure where the existing ensembles tutorial fits in.
