test(replay): detect AISimulate under the aisim distribution name - #18286
AISimulate 0.14.0 ships as the aisim distribution (import name still aisimulate), and release/1.7.0 pins aisim==0.14.0. The replay integration gate in lib/bindings/python/tests/replay/replay_utils.py only looked up distribution("aisimulate"), so with aisim installed it skipped test_replay_planner_scaling.py at module level and test_replay_smoke.py::test_planner_replay_accepts_multi_shard_dynamo_trace, with nothing to flag the lost coverage.
Key Changes
_require_aisimulate_distribution accepts either distribution name (aisim first, then aisimulate). main still pins aisimulate, so this keeps main working today and keeps the tests running after the pin moves to aisim.
With neither installed the tests still skip, and the reason names both distributions.
Other "aisimulate" distribution lookups on main (tests/dependencies/test_aisimulate_*.py, deploy/operator/hack/*aisimulate*) assert the exact pinned name and will move with the pin bump, as they already did on release/1.7.0 (#18014). They are not changed here.
Validation
Gate unit check with the module's distribution monkeypatched for only aisim, only aisimulate, both, and neither, at module and in-test level: 8/8 pass after the change; before it, both only-aisim cases skip.
pytest --collect-only on the two affected files with a metadata-only aisim install and stubbed bindings: 18 tests collected (was 1, module skipped); aisimulate only: 18 collected; neither: skipped.
pre-commit run --files lib/bindings/python/tests/replay/replay_utils.py: passed.
Not run end to end locally (needs the Rust bindings and the aisim wheel); CI covers it.
Issues and Ongoing Work
No GitHub issue; tracked in AISim's Linear as AISIM-2278 (found in 0.14.0 / Dynamo 1.7.0 UAT). Cherry-pick to release/1.7.0 follows.
AISimulate 0.14.0 ships as the `aisim` distribution (the import name is
still `aisimulate`), and release/1.7.0 pins `aisim==0.14.0`. The replay
integration gate in tests/replay/replay_utils.py only looked up
`distribution("aisimulate")`, so with `aisim` installed it raised
PackageNotFoundError and skipped: test_replay_planner_scaling.py was
skipped at module level and
test_replay_smoke.py::test_planner_replay_accepts_multi_shard_dynamo_trace
skipped in its body, with no failure to flag the lost coverage.
Accept either distribution name, `aisim` first and then `aisimulate`, so
the gate works on main (still pinned to `aisimulate==0.13.0.dev...`) and
on branches that pin `aisim`. The tests still skip when neither is
installed, and the skip reason now names both distributions.
Internal tracking: Linear AISIM-2278.

Planner replay tests can fail instead of skipping when an unrelated aisim package is installed. The change is otherwise mergeable with this edge case tracked.

Check that aisim provides AISimulate.
An unrelated atom-interferometry package also uses the aisim distribution name. (raw.githubusercontent.com) If that package is installed without AISimulate, this check returns instead of skipping. Planner replay then fails when components/src/dynamo/replay/config.py imports aisimulate.runner at Line 13. (raw.githubusercontent.com) Check that the aisimulate module is available before accepting the distribution.
