Cover clean termination of TensorRT-LLM's liveness Watch while an active Generate RPC can still drain. This is the graceful-shutdown case requested in the review of #17973.
Key Changes
Extend the existing gRPC fixture to end only the liveness Watch after confirming subscription.
Pause generation at the existing token checkpoint, verify engine_lost() reports EngineShutdown, then release generation and require complete output and scheduler cleanup.
👋 Hi tanmayv25! Thank you for contributing to ai-dynamo/dynamo.
Just a reminder: The NVIDIA Test Github Validation CI runs an essential subset of the testing framework to quickly catch errors.Your PR reviewers may elect to test the changes comprehensively before approving your changes.
The TensorRT-LLM test fixture now tracks when a liveness watch opens and can clear the liveness status after that point. An integration test checks the watch-end result while a generation remains in flight, then verifies the generation completes after release.

Liveness watch handling
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Fixture liveness watch control lib/sidecar/testkit/tests/support/trtllm.rs
The fixture waits for a liveness Watch to open before clearing liveness status. A controlled health service forwards health checks and watches, and notifies the fixture after a successful liveness watch.
In-flight generation test lib/sidecar/testkit/tests/sidecar_mocker_integration.rs
The test checks that a clean liveness stream end produces EngineShutdown while generation remains pending. It then releases the generation and checks that it completes with FinishReason::Length and releases its RPC.
The test-only change has no identified merge-blocking risk; normal checks should pass before merging.

Explanation
The title names the change correctly: it adds test coverage for clean TensorRT-LLM liveness shutdown. The raw summary, the PR objectives, and the description all describe a test-only change for a clean liveness Watch end during an in-flight Generate RPC. The title is concise, specific, and follows the conventional type(scope) format.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description follows the repository template closely. It has Overview, Key Changes, Validation, and Issues and Ongoing Work sections, plus the Pull Request Checklist, and the checklist item is ticked. The Overview states the goal: cover clean termination of TensorRT-LLM's liveness Watch while an active Generate RPC drains. Key Changes lists the fixture extension, the token-checkpoint pause with the engine_lost() assertion, and the no-runtime-change constraint. Validation reports 50 passing tests on a stated base commit and two mutation checks that fail as expected. The Issues section references #18137 and related links, but the template's 'Closes #XXXX' line is not filled in. That line is advisory today, so the gap is minor. The description is specific and matches the raw summary and objectives.
