In `@lib/bindings/python/tests/test_bindings_install.py`:
- Line 28: Move the dynamo.llm import from inside test_bindings_install to
module scope so importability is checked during test collection; keep the
existing assertions and other imports unchanged.

test_bindings_installimportsdynamo.llminside the test body even though there is no optional-dependency guard or collection skip, so module importability is not checked until execution.

Why there is no change in the actual API caller? This change is fresh import, and I don't see who is using it

Based on #13293.
Why
Unary endpoint adapters are generic runtime building blocks, not component-only experiments. Keeping their implementations in the components wheel prevents runtime-only consumers from using them and makes examples depend on an internal namespace. Give each helper a stable home matching its responsibility without changing request, streaming, cancellation, or cleanup behavior.
