When a dark-mode message contains a fenced or indented code block without a language-* class, MarkdownContent falls back to rendering that block as <pre><code class="... bg-inline-code ...">. This selector therefore also hits unlabeled block code inside both message bubbles, making the entire block use the inline teal color and clearing the code element's dark background/padding instead of only restyling inline snippets. Please exclude pre > code.bg-inline-code or target inline code more narrowly.

Exclude fenced and indented code blocks from the dark-theme inline code override.
Remove per-line background stripes and replace orange text with a neutral cool gray while preserving the parent code block surface and padding.

Summary
Refine inline code styling in dark-mode chat messages by removing the striped background and using a softer turquoise text color.
