What?

Add border block support to the Pagination block.

Why?

The pagination block is missing border support.

How?

Adds the border block support in block.json

Testing Instructions

1. Go to the Global Styles setting ( under appearance > editor > styles > edit styles > blocks )
2. Make sure that the Pagination block's border is configurable via Global Styles
3. Verify that Global Styles are applied correctly in the editor and frontend
4. Edit the template/page, Add a pagination block and Apply the border styles
5. Verify that block styles take precedence over global styles
6. Verify that block borders display correctly in both the editor and frontend

Hi, I am not able to build the PR, I am getting a webpack config error. Can you update the PR to include the latest changes from trunk? That would probably solve it.

Thanks for this @rinkalpagdar, and sorry it has sat for so long.

I am closing it in favour of fresh PRs rather than asking you to come back to a branch from 2024. There are additional conflicts beyond the one flagged here on GitHub and the scope has changed since as the block needs spacing.blockGap too.

The replacement PRs are #83745 (border) and #83743 (spacing). One PR per block type and tool, following other recent efforts to close design tool consistency gaps. Both PRs credit you in the description.
