• Updated Testing Tools in FunctionalTests Project
  The testing dependencies namely, MSTest, have been updated to the latest version (4.1.0). This will ensure our tests are running with the most current tools, potentially improving their accuracy and coverage.

• Update of Analytical Tools in Core Project
  The versions of Meziantou.Analyzer and SonarAnalyzer.CSharp, which are our primary analytical tools, have been upgraded to 2.0.297 and 10.19.0.132793 respectively in the Core project. This will enable us to make use of any new or improved features/capabilities in these updated versions, to check our code more efficiently and thoroughly for any potential issues.

• Upgraded System Text Encoding in Core Project
