TSLint preset can now be choose between standard, airbnb or none (consistent with Javascript choice).
tslint:recommendis dropped at the moment, as it would require to replace all single quotes with double quotes. It will be implemented only when vuejs/vue-cli#428 is merged, to perform quotes replacement in a post-treatment without touching the actual templates (that would make them unreadable).It also includes fix for npm tslint script that was not working because of invalid arguments given.
