Game cursors, unit health bars and similar UI elements do not scale well in higher resolutions. It looks like icon sizes were designed for 800x600 resolution on small monitors. It still looks okay in 1920x1080 on a large monitor, but with 3840x2160 on a regular sized monitor, all icons will look too small in comparison to world objects.

Ideally such UI elements scale well with resolution automatically.

This is probably not a bug per se, because the game was just not designed for such large resolutions. However, user facing this can be classified as bug. User will not care whether or not it is a missing feature. User expects it to work properly.
