1.76 introduces a non-trivial behavior change in reporting errors when a server sends zero response messages for a unary or client-streaming RPC.
grpc/grpc-go#8523
To maintain backward compatibility with grpc-go 1.75 an earlier, more changes is needed in both sanssh and proxy-server.
