Clicking Resume Task clears the prompt instead of sending it as feedback, causing unrecoverable data loss.

Context (who is affected and when)

Types a prompt while the Resume Task and Terminate buttons are visible can lose all typed text if they click Resume Task.

Reproduction steps

1. Open a chat where Resume Task and Terminate are both shown.
2. Type any text into the prompt input area.
3. Click Resume Task.
4. Observe that the prompt is not sent, it is cleared immediately, and it cannot be restored with the up-arrow history.

Expected result

The typed prompt should be sent as feedback, consistent with how Save or Reject works after file edits.

Actual result

The prompt is silently cleared, never sent, and cannot be recovered, leading to data loss.
