fix: Performance problems on use forward message autocomplete select

This PR fixes performance problems related to the usage of forward messages by:

• Refactoring the component UserAndRoomAutoCompleteMultiple
• Limiting the server search quantity of items
• Limiting the client disposable of items filtered and mapped
