DriverAssitant_v5.1.1.zip 是 Rockchip 设备在 Windows 下的驱动。
RKDevTool_Release_v2.81.zip 是 Rockchip Window 下的烧写工具。
属于使用 Windows 环境在 Rockchip 平台上开发必须用到的工具。

PS：upgrade_tool等，是使用 Linux 环境的工具。
