Summary

• allow builder.debug_value(accumulator) to infer the IR name and logical MFMA accumulator layout
• embed binding-free logical debug descriptions in compiled code objects
• make rocke print discover the stopped kernel, resolve current DWARF register locations, collect the wave, and render the logical tile without a manifest or fixed register numbers
• add rocke print --show-sources to render a parallel lane/register provenance map from the reconstructed value
• keep breakpoint and execution control separate from value inspection

Stacked on #11343.

Current scope

• automatic DWARF register binding supports f32 logical values
• packed formats remain available through the explicit-manifest path from rocKE: add structured rocGDB value snapshots #11343
• values are read only from an already-stopped wave; rocke print does not stop or resume execution

Test plan

• focused debug metadata, snapshot, rendering, rocGDB adapter, and command tests: 120 passed, 7 subtests passed
• Python/C++ LLVM byte identity: all 69 families green
• repository pre-commit hooks
• live headless rocGDB demo reconstructed the expected 16x16 accumulator with no manifest, explicit name, layout, or register numbers
