A newer version of rocm-systems exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |

Well, there's almost an 8 hour queue right now for windows gfx1151 runners so we might need to merge without waiting. Will check if those are preexisting test failures/flakes. |

Not much luck finding prior run history for those tests. We'll merge this and monitor the tests to see if they fail consistently. |
