fix: backport broken relative links to v2.9.0 faq

[mesutoezdil]

faq.md in the v2.9.0 versioned docs still had links using the wrong relative depth, same bug already fixed in docs/ earlier but never synced to this version. Fixed in both the English and zh copies, verified with a full build.
