fix: require aiohttp>=3.14.1 (interception uses web.RequestKey) - #2451

Eligibility
This one-line packaging fix raises aiohttp’s minimum to match the existing interception server’s use of web.RequestKey. It changes dependency resolution only and introduces no new application logic or significant runtime scope.
