Tag a release

We currently rely on master in a few places, which can be..problematic :) Can we tag a release?

Can we aim to get this done mid-day tomorrow (after 1.0 gets tagged and any demo deps are bumped) so we have sufficient time to test? :)

Since #31 is merged, I'm going to tag 0.9 right now just for kicks, and will do it again with 1.0 tomorrow after updating bower.json.

Currently blocked on using/tagging v1.0.x by a recurrence of PolymerElements/iron-component-page#17

Once that's resolved, I'll file a PR for https://github.com/PolymerElements/platinum-sw/tree/1.0.0
