Summary

Adds PR-bound OCC receipts for the downstream omnibase_infra 0.38.14 bump PRs:

Verification

  • ModelDodReceipt parse PASS for both new receipts
  • uv run python scripts/validation/check_receipt_hardening.py ... PASS
  • local OCC merge eligibility PASS for omniintelligence#871 and omnimemory#464
  • uv run pytest tests/test_evidence_admissibility.py tests/test_check_receipt_hardening.py -q -> 138 passed

Evidence-Ticket: OMN-16997

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Added completion evidence linking OMN-16997 to downstream pull requests in the intelligence and memory components.
    • Recorded successful verification results, including pull request metadata, branch details, commit bindings, and execution status.
    • Added traceable command receipts for both downstream validations.

Review Change Stack

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The change adds two manual DoD evidence checks for downstream pull requests and adds passing command receipts for their GitHub metadata, commit, branch, contract hashes, and execution results.

Changes

Downstream evidence verification

Layer / File(s) Summary
Contract checks and verification receipts
contracts/OMN-16997.yaml, drift/dod_receipts/OMN-16997/...
The contract checks omniintelligence PR 871 and omnimemory PR 464. The receipts record the queried metadata, verification output, execution details, and PASS status.

Estimated code review effort: 2 (Simple) | ~10 minutes

Merge Risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to 52d8c

The PR adds downstream receipts, but their filenames do not follow the required timestamp convention and their contract hash bindings are stale, which can prevent the receipts from being accepted. Merge should wait until both issues are corrected.

Use the required timestamp filename for both receipts.

Both files use command.yaml, but the receipt rule requires <run_timestamp>.yaml.

🌐 Web query:

OmniNode-ai omnibase_core validator_receipt_gate.py compute_contract_entry_sha256 0.46.13

💡 Result:

The validator_receipt_gate.py module is a core component of the omnibase_core repository, which serves as the kernel for the ONEX (OmniNode eXecution) platform [1][2]. Key details regarding your query: 1. Module Role: validator_receipt_gate.py (formerly receipt_gate.py) is responsible for "Enforcement by Receipt" (OMN-10412), a validation mechanism ensuring that changes—such as Pull Requests—meet specific compliance or Definition of Done (DoD) criteria [3][4]. It verifies that cited evidence, such as Linear tickets, is backed by valid ModelDodReceipt artifacts within the system's change control framework [4][5]. 2. Context of compute_contract_entry_sha256: This appears to be a specific binding or hashing function used within the validation logic to ensure integrity between contract declarations and their associated receipts [6][5]. It is used to resolve receipts against specific, declared contract items, effectively binding the content of a contract to its proof-of-work or verification receipt [6][5]. This mechanism helps prevent "drift" by ensuring that receipt hash values remain valid even if other parts of a contract are appended or modified [5]. 3. Version 0.46.13: omnibase_core version 0.46.13 is a released version of the ONEX platform kernel [2]. It includes the architectural refactor that renamed receipt_gate.py to validator_receipt_gate.py to align with ONEX naming conventions for validation modules [3]. In summary, validator_receipt_gate.py acts as a crucial gatekeeper for repository integrity, using tools like compute_contract_entry_sha256 to cryptographically bind evidence to contract versions, ensuring that only verified changes are merged into the platform [3][4][5].

Update the stale contract_sha256 bindings.

contracts/OMN-16997.yaml hashes to sha256:47fdf87dcf2ebfa05cc17ac264dbe0b0583edc086b3c9e410712a22d56616d63. Both receipts record a different hash. Their contract_entry_sha256 values are correct. Replace only contract_sha256 in both receipts.

OCC autobind stood down for OmniNode-ai/omnimarket#2235 (OMN-16997): this PR (hand_authored) already carries evidence for that ticket, so no competing companion was minted (OMN-15247 defer-on-contention).
