Deterministic OCC evidence companion for OmniNode-ai/omnibase_core#1541 (OMN-15651
landing step 1b). Appends two dod_evidence entries to the existing
contracts/OMN-15651.yaml (already landed by the omnimarket step-1a companion,
OCC#6013) — a net-new-append only, the prior 5 entries are untouched.

What this adds

• dod-OmniNode-ai-omnibase_core-pr-1541: Evidence-Source autobind proving
  PR contracts(OMN-11913): add omnimarket 824 evidence #1541 is open on dev at its exact evidence-bound head
  (4cb7ba9a6ca1713a692a2b4092f4440e9237ed40).
• dod-core-1541-schema-exact-universe: exact-head source probe proving
  ModelDelegationRequest.task_type's Literal in
  model_delegation_wire_request.py now carries all 15 Market-authority task
  classes exactly (was 13, missing documentation + validator_generation).

Both entries carry contract_entry_sha256 computed via
omnibase_core.validation.validator_receipt_gate.compute_contract_entry_sha256
against the landed contract, and matching PASS receipts under
drift/dod_receipts/OMN-15651/<item-id>/command.yaml with live probe_stdout
captured this session.
